3.	Hoarding Door Type	Sliding Door	1500mm x 2100mm
4.	Add-On (Counterweight)	a. For Kiosk (Free-Stand) b. Outdoor hoarding (Expose to Wind Load) c. Hoarding Height exceed 5meter

MALL FIT OUT GUIDELINES

1.	Safety Pledge	Valid for 3 months NOTES: Compulsory for all site personnel & workers to attend safety briefing at security office to obtain safety pledge before start work on-site. Set appointment prior before attending the safety briefing.
2.	Site Dilapidation Picture(s)	Make sure take pictures of existing site condition before start work to avoid any dispute later.
3.	Floor Protection On-Site	Compulsory installation of floor protection at common walkway area for trolleys & workers mobilization during on-site work and clear off & clean up on daily basis after daily job done.
4.	CIDB Green Card	Worker(s) compulsory to have CIDB Green Card in order to work within the mall.
	Aluminium Scaffold (BS SCAFFOLD)	For on-site worker(s) to access WORK AT HEIGHT, it is compulsory under mall safety requirement to use ALUMINIUM SCAFFOLD with GREEN TAG tagging which inspect by AUTHORIZED & COMPETENT SCAFFOLD INSPECTOR.

1.	Preliminaries	Site Arrangement & Documents Preparation

3.	Reinstatement	Dismantle, Demolish, Move Out, Clear Off
4.	Rorobin (RRB)	Engage by Contractor(s), To Clear Out from Mall Loading Bay Area before 6am Daily (STRICTLY NO OVERNIGHT)
5.	3rd Party Panel Contractor(s)	a. Sprinkler b. Wet Chemical (If Have, for F&B Lot/Kiosk Only) c. LPG (If Have, for F&B Lot/Kiosk Only) d. Telephone Line e. PA Speaker f. Flushing (If Have Floor Trap within the Lot/Kiosk) g. Tiles Replacement (Supply & Install)
6.	Touch Up and/or Restoration	After Site Inspection by Mall Fit Out Team (IF REQUIRED ONLY based on Lot Condition) Frequent Restoration Item(s) as Listed Below: 1.
