MALL FIT OUT GUIDELINES
1. | Site Dilapidation Picture(s) | Make sure take pictures of existing site condition before start work to avoid any dispute later. |
2. | Floor Protection On-Site | Compulsory installation of floor protection at common walkway area for trolleys & workers mobilization during on-site work and clear off & clean up on daily basis after daily job done. |
3. | CIDB Green Card | Worker(s) COMPULSORY to have CIDB Green Card in order to work within the mall. |
4. | Aluminium Scaffold (BS SCAFFOLD) Metal Scaffold (A-Frame) Allowed | No requirement on scaffold usage. |
