Vertical Fabric with Timber Structure WHY: Normally to cover the fabric at multiple piping area till ceiling slab level to avoid or minimize dust to flow out to public area

B(i)

Counterweight - Vertical Placement WHY: For the hoarding to FREE STAND & strengthen the hoarding structure to make the hoarding more sturdy and minimizing the hoarding dis-alignment issue, RECOMMENDED for WIND LOAD AREA to minimize the risk of hoarding collapse

Counterweight - Horizontal Placement WHY: For the hoarding to FREE STAND & strengthen the hoarding structures to make the hoarding more sturdy and minimizing the hoarding dis-alignment issue, RECOMMENDED for WIND LOAD AREA to minimize the risk of hoarding collapse, FOR HORIZONTAL PLACEMENT is because of limited space to work

Counterweight - Horizontal Placement (For Limited Work Space & Free-Stand Purpose) IMPORTANT NOTES: HG proposed to use concrete block counterweight INSTEAD of sandbag is because happen before that other contractors used the sand without refill back which causing the hoarding collapse as all sandbag which used as counterweight been totally used up without having any intention to fill back by contractors.

B. WHAT information(s) needs to quote for hoarding and/or visual work? 1st Details Required (Pre-Job)

  1. Lot number

  2. Which mall / building?

  3. Your company details for HG to prepare official quotation

  4. Site pictures for lot & kiosk for location reference

  5. Hoarding measurement drawing (if got, FOR HG REFERENCE)

**HG will arrange for measurement on-site after getting information from 1st details required list TO AVOID MISTAKE ON MEASUREMENT when installation onsite & MIS-QUOTE issue. Quotation will be prepare and send to client for approval together with HOARDING SKETCH MEASUREMENT for client's visual preparation. 2nd Details Required (If job & quotation confirmed, HG will generate the invoice and send to client for payment arrangement) - Client to proceed & provide information as below:

  1. Installation date

  2. Who is the mall fit out person you liaise with, please provide name & contact number IF NEED HG to submit for permit application on behalf

  3. Work permit copy (If already applied by client)

  4. Visual artwork in Ai or Ps file, please upload to wetransfer.com and share the link to here (Notes: Huge file size is not recommended to send direct as facing issue to download)

  5. For kiosk, please provide site marking or is recommended with kiosk location pictures for reference before installation on-site to avoid wrong location installation

  6. Full payment slip copy for HG finance reference


 

i. (HG - INTERNAL USE ONLY) DETAILS REQUIRED for FABRICATION PROCESS


  1. Lot or kiosk

  2. Lot number

  3. Mall name

  4. Installation date

  5. Hoarding material (MDF, PVC, MARINE, GYPSUM, METAL DECK, GI PLATE)

  6. Hoarding structure (TIMBER or METAL)

  7. Hoarding door (SINGLE or DOUBLE then SWING or SLIDING)

  8. Need counterweight (Yes/No) (then CONCRETE or TITAN)

  9. Need fabric (Yes/No) (then TOP or VERTICAL or WHOLE KIOSK)

  10. Need others (Yes/No)

    1. Transparent plastic sheet to allow see-through effect without blocking view 

    2. White tape to cover board joining line

    3. Top triangle timber structure to act as support for fabric installation without any tie to ceiling

  11. Need visual (Yes/No) (then TARPAULIN or STICKER)

  12. Need skirting (Yes/No) (then ALUMINIUM or TIMBER)

 

ii. (HG - INTERNAL USE ONLY) THINGS & DOCUMENTS to Prepare at HG FACTORY before Start Journey to SITE for INSTALLATION and/or DISMANTLING


  1. Print out work permit copy (MUST)

  2. Print out & bring along safety pledge / induction card / EHS card (MUST)

  3. Bring along safety PPE for each workers (Helmet, Vest, Safety Shoes) (MUST)

  4. Material for installation (According to Part i)

  5. Equipment & tools (Floor protection (canvas, carpet, plywood, Floorgard etc), power drill, screw, ladder, scaffold (if need))

  6. IMPORTANT: Check lorry condition (Oil, Water Level, Lights, Tyres, Any Abnormal Sound?) to avoid vehicle BREAKDOWN halfway

 

iii. DURING HOARDING INSTALLATION and/or DISMANTLING at NIGHT **HG NIGHT JOB SCHEDULE FOR HOARDING and/or VISUAL WORK (PER TEAM) - For Client's Reference


Normally each HG team will be having 2 to 3 locations for night job from 10pm till 6am


  1. If 1st (first) job location, then will reach around 10.00pm to 11pm

  2. If 2nd (second) job location, then will reach around 1am to 2am depends on the first location job scope.

  3. If having 3rd (third) job location, then normally will reach around 4am to 5am.


NOTES: Once the job confirm on HG schedule, advisable that NOT REQUIRED TO WAIT for HG to reach the job location, HG will share out completed pictures once the job done.


HG will arrange for the job sequence by HG HOARDING OPERATIONS TEAM AFTER 7pm on daily basis.

 

iv. DURING HOARDING DISMANTLING WORK

HG will

  1. Dismantle the hoarding and remove the hoarding material out from site

  2. Plaster back the ceiling screw hole from the hoarding installation


HG will NOT

  1. Paint back the ceiling after the plastering work, client's side need to arrange for their own team if need any painting work

IMPORTANT NOTES: Site pictures before and after for each job will be taken by HG team for records to avoid any dispute from any parties of site defects or damages which already exists on-site before any HG job take place.
