HG's Important Suggestions to ALL Clients

1. Don't inform by VERBAL to confirm ANY JOB to any of HG team. Please type out and send via WHATSAPP within GROUP CHAT and vice versa for HG team whenever receive any job order from HG client, it is compulsory to update the message on the group chat as well. For every NEW job or NEW client, HG SOP is COMPULSORY to create NEW GROUP CHAT with client and to add relevant HG team-mates on the group to avoid MISS-OUT communication which result to delay of job arrangement. (Nowadays, HUMAN having limited memory space, HENCE better to inform to ALL instead of private message (PM) to only one person. This is to minimize the risk of over-look, miss-out OR forgotten which this reason is widely use)

2. Don't last second, minute or hour to confirm the job (HG needs time to arrange for WORKERS, MATERIAL FABRICATION, LORRY as well. If last minute, sometimes will definitely delay the job arrangement)

3. Don't assume HG will fabricate the material and proceed with any job without getting client's approval (HG quotation sent to client doesn't reflect as job confirmation, same goes to verbal confirmation DOESN'T REFLECT as official confirmation. Please send written confirmation such as signed invoice, PO and/or payment slip for HG record)

4. Don't assume HG will have permit to access to the mall to start work immediately (Please provide work permit copy OR mall fit out contact person name and number for HG team to submit for permit application OR for HG team to coordinate & arrange for the permit application process including SAFETY INDUCTION session if required)

5. HG can prepare and arrange most of the necessary job arrangement AS LONG AS PROVIDED sufficient PRICING, DETAILS and TIME for HG arrangement. (This includes preparation of necessary documentation, drawing, measurement and emergency job arrangement etc)
