MALL FIT OUT GUIDELINES

1.

Site Dilapidation Picture(s)

Make sure take pictures of existing site condition before start work to avoid any dispute later.

2.

Floor Protection On-Site

Compulsory installation of floor protection at common walkway area for trolleys & workers mobilization during on-site work and clear off & clean up on daily basis after daily job done.

3.

CIDB Green Card

Worker(s) COMPULSORY to have CIDB Green Card in order to work within the mall.

4.

Aluminium Scaffold (BS SCAFFOLD) Metal Scaffold (A-Frame) Allowed

No requirement on scaffold usage.
