Job Scope:

Reinstatement (Phase 1)

1. Dismantle plaster ceiling

2. Dismantle ceiling board (or to keep? - Is it original?)

3. Dismantle carpet flooring

4. Dismantle partition wall

5. Dismantle glass panel

6. Remove office furniture / workstation

7. Any brick wall to hack???

8. Any flooring to hack???

RFI for Restoration Work (Phase 2)

1. Plaster ceiling area after dismantle need to install back ceiling board or not???

2. After partition wall & glass panel dismantling, all those ceiling board with screw, stain and damaged, need to replace or not?

3. After all the partition wall and glass panel, because of different room for lighting switch and power point, need to do rewiring work or not?

4. Need to install back those AC grill diffuser or not?

5. Need to install back lighting after new ceiling board installation or not?

6. After carpet removal which having glue stain, expected still having glue stain which not able to remove 100%. Mostly can scrap out 60 to 70% only. If need to remove 100%, then to hack existing cement screed flooring and redo the cement flooring

7. IF HAVE, for those wall and floor area which hack till concrete slab, need to redo back the cement screed flooring or not?
