1.	Hoarding Material	White PVC Plywood	NOTES: GI Plate with Metal Structure Hoarding (Proposed Material If Outdoor Hoarding - Expose to Weather)
2.	Hoarding Structure	Timber
3.	Hoarding Door Type	Sliding Door	1220mm x 2440mm
4.	Add-On (Counterweight)	a. For Kiosk (Free-Stand) b. Outdoor hoarding (Expose to Wind Load) c. Hoarding Height exceed 5meter

MALL FIT OUT GUIDELINES

1.	EHS Card	Valid for 3 months NOTES: Compulsory for all site personnel & workers to apply for EHS card through Pavilion's EHS system before start work on-site. Once the EHS card ready, the worker(s) need to collect the EHS card and compulsory to bring along every time when need to work within the mall.
2.	Site Dilapidation Picture(s)	Make sure take pictures of existing site condition before start work to avoid any dispute later.
3.	Floor Protection On-Site (Canvas, Carpet & Plywood OR FloorGard)	Compulsory installation of floor protection at common walkway area for trolleys & workers mobilization during on-site work and clear off & clean up on daily basis after daily job done.
4.	CIDB Green Card	Worker(s) compulsory to have CIDB Green Card in order to work within the mall.
5.	a. OSH-Coordinator (OSH-C) b. Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) c. Safety & Health Officer (SHO)	Each project is compulsory to have either one of the role stated depends on project value to base on-site in order to comply to the safety requirement set by mall management.
	Aluminium Scaffold (BS SCAFFOLD)	For on-site worker(s) to access WORK AT HEIGHT, it is compulsory under mall safety requirement to use ALUMINIUM SCAFFOLD with GREEN TAG tagging which inspect by AUTHORIZED & COMPETENT SCAFFOLD INSPECTOR.

3.	Reinstatement	Dismantle, Demolish, Move Out, Clear Off
4.	Rorobin (RRB)	Engage by Contractor(s), To Clear Out from Mall Loading Bay Area before 6am Daily (STRICTLY NO OVERNIGHT)
5.	3rd Party Panel Contractor(s)	a. Sprinkler b. Wet Chemical (If Have, for F&B Lot/Kiosk Only) c. LPG (If Have, for F&B Lot/Kiosk Only) d. Pest Control (every Wednesday before project start) e. Flushing (If Have Floor Trap within the Lot/Kiosk) f. Tiles Replacement (Supply & Install)
6.	Touch Up and/or Restoration	After Site Inspection by Mall Fit Out Team (IF REQUIRED ONLY based on Lot Condition) Frequent Restoration Item(s) as Listed Below: 1. Wall (Skim, Plastering & White Painting) 2. Ceiling (Plastering & Painting) 3. Tiles Replacement Lease Line or Common Walkway Area (by Mall Panel Only) 4.
