MALL FIT OUT GUIDELINES
1. | Pre-Reinstatement Briefing | Compulsory for a contractor's representative to attend pre-project briefing with mall fit out team to understand the mall and job requirement process flow before start work on-site. Set appointment prior before attending the pre-reinstatement briefing. |
2. | Site Dilapidation Picture(s) | Make sure take pictures of existing site condition before start work to avoid any dispute later. |
3. | Floor Protection On-Site (Canvas OR FloorGard) | Compulsory installation of floor protection at common walkway area for trolleys & workers mobilization during on-site work and clear off & clean up on daily basis after daily job done. |
4. | CIDB Green Card | Worker(s) compulsory to have CIDB Green Card in order to work within the mall. |
5. | a. OSH-Coordinator (OSH-C) b. Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) c. Safety & Health Officer (SHO) | Each project is compulsory to have either one of the role stated depends on project value to base on-site in order to comply to the safety requirement set by mall management. |
