Reinstatement by HG & H.O.R.R (Home & Office Reinstatement & Restoration) is the demolition & reinstatement division under HG Group which provides reinstatement and restoration services for retail lot, office lot, residences & commercial shop to clients within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Malaysia nationwide EXCEPT Sabah & Sarawak.

1. Reinstatement is to make a renovated premise back to original form.
2. Restoration services is to make sure all items install according to original layout & design.

Attend SAFETY BRIEFING (if required)
Submit WORK PERMIT application with required SAFETY DOCUMENTS
SITE WALK THROUGH with client before start work for job preparation
Make sure obtain WORK PERMIT APPROVAL before start work
PEST CONTROL SERVICES by MALL PANEL CONTRACTOR (3rd Party) before start reinstatement work (If required)

Before entering working site, change WORKING PASS from security office
Install FLOOR & SITE PROTECTION at common walkway area
Workers with PPE gear (safety vest, safety helmet, safety shoes and gloves subject to site requirement)
MOBILIZING material, equipment and tools to enter working site
Start PACKING items that to keep based on client request
MOVING OUT items that required by client
Start DISMANTLE and DEMOLISH unwanted items within the lot
HACKING of flooring until concrete slab
Concurrently, workers to PACK DEBRIS into gunny bag and MOVE OUT the bags from lot to throw into the roro-bin provided/ordered which park at loading bay
REPEAT step 7, 8 and 9 until the reinstatement work complete

WET CHEMICAL system dismantling work (if F&B lot)
LPG GAS piping dismantling work (if F&B lot)
TELEPHONE LINE checking work (if required)
PA SPEAKER checking work (if required)
FLUSHING services (if required)
AC / FCU / AC DUCTING services (if required)

WALL plastering and painting work
Existing original SPRINKLER level 1 piping to PAINT IN RED
Existing original AC and exhaust ducting to PATCH BACK damage area with aluminium foil sticker
COVER AC DUCTING hole with GI plate & aluminium foil sticker (if required)
Floor TILES REPLACEMENT work (if required)
Floor POLISHING work (FOR KIOSK) (if required)
Pelmet, partition, bulkhead etc make good, replacement and new installation (if required)

B. TYPES of RESTORATION Work

FLOORING Restoration Work
A. Install back original cement screed smooth finishing flooring AFTER floor tiles hacking job (Example for shop lot and office lot within office tower)
B. Install and/or replace existing DAMAGE or NON-ORIGINAL floor tiles back to ORIGINAL FLOOR TILES DESIGN

CEILING Restoration Work
A. Install back original ceiling based on original layout
B. Install and/or replace existing damaged (2'x2' or 2'x4') ceiling board (Example for office lot within office tower)

BRICK WALL or PARTITION WALL Restoration Work
1. Install back new brick wall etc
2. Install back new partition wall etc
3. Install back pelmet or bulkhead on shop front etc
4. Install back neutral pier etc

PAINTING Restoration Work
1. To supply material and paint to paint back original lot color etc

M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Restoration Work
1. Install back electrical power point and/or lighting work
2. Install back sprinkler point etc
3. Install back AC, ducting and/or M&E point based on original layout plan
4. Relocate back main DB to original location
5. Install new to replace existing damaged isolator (Follow building requirement)
6. Lot re-wiring work (If required)

OTHERS Restoration Work
1. Metal work
2. Plumbing & piping work
3. Glass work
4. Aluminium work
5. Building structure restoration work (Example, slab seal off etc)
6. Others restoration work based on building/mall's management requirement (If required)
